The Opportunity
Our experienced sales leaders make $2500 - $5000 per week. They spend their time canvassing local neighborhoods, talking to residents about free community solar programs, and helping them join a local solar farm. Qualified candidates will receive:

Requirements

Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the residential sales team to drive community solar sales initiatives.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Engage with customers to provide exceptional service and address their energy needs.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Utilize CRM software to track sales activities and manage customer relationships.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and enhance marketing efforts.
Benefits
Compensation: $150,000 - $250,000
- A successful manager will earn more than $250,000 per year
