Requirements
Our team members and make $2000 - $2500 per week canvassing
neighborhoods, talking to residents about free community solar programs, and
helping them join a local solar farm. Your daily responsibilities include:
- Educate people about the benefits
of community solar.
- Help customers join a local solar
farm.
- Understand community solar
programs and the enrollment process
- Participate in team meetings and
training sessions
- Plan, forecast and reach weekly
enrollment goals

Responsibilities
- Engage with potential customers to promote and sell community solar solutions, utilizing strong negotiation and customer service skills.
- Conduct outside sales activities, including door-to-door outreach and marketing efforts, to generate leads.
- Utilize CRM software to track sales progress and manage customer relationships effectively.
- Provide technical information and support to customers, ensuring a clear understanding of solar energy benefits.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance community awareness of solar energy options.
Benefits
Compensation: $100,000 - $175,000 annually
- A successful sales leader will earn more than $150,000 per year!
