Your Role (The Player-Coach Model)
- Produce: Lead from the front by hitting doors with your team, showing them exactly how to educate and enroll homeowners in free community solar programs.
- Recruit & Scale: Interview, hire, and onboard a steady stream of new talent using our continuous recruitment pipeline (we aim to add multiple reps weekly per region).
- Train & Retain: Run high-energy daily team huddles, conduct field training, and master territory mapping to ensure your team is hitting maximum efficiency.
- Strategy: Plan, forecast, and execute localized business growth plans to consistently crush weekly and monthly market goals.
