Responsibilities
- Process a variety of cash transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, and payments while maintaining a balanced cash drawer.
- Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and guiding clients through banking products and services.
- Promote and upsell banking products such as loans, credit cards, savings accounts, and investment options to meet client needs and achieve sales goals.
- Manage customer relationships through proactive engagement, relationship management strategies, and personalized service to foster loyalty.
- Detect and prevent fraud by monitoring transactions for suspicious activity and adhering to industry compliance standards.
- Assist with loan origination processes by gathering necessary documentation, processing loan applications, and explaining terms clearly to clients.
