Young transgender man with a range of interests seeking support with life, health, and self-regulation skills.
Mid-30’s non-verbal young man seeking greater independence in Montpelier area.
Young lady who enjoys activities like hiking, crafts, and reading.
Looking for a home for a 40-year-old female in the Central Vermont area. This young woman is looking to make connections with others. She likes art and she likes taking care of animals. She does not work currently but has been successful employment in the past. The team is hoping to increase this individuals’ community connections and social network.
This young woman also strives for independence and good communication skills. A home with an in-law apartment or basement apartment and and without young children in the home is necessary. Gaining skills related to independence is a primary goal therefore; a mentor or short term living situation (a year or two) would be ideal.
Looking for a home without young children. This individual needs to practice independence and communication skills. The individual has severe trauma and attachment is challenging. A home that is temporary will help her to be able to work on these goals.
Looking for a home in the Montpelier or Barre area for an individual who is creative, active and loves to learn from those around him. He enjoys bowling, walks, swimming and social gatherings.
Contracted positions with generous tax-free stipends, room & board, training & support provided.
