Upper Valley Services (UVS) is one of Vermont’s designated non-profit agencies serving people with developmental disabilities and adults who are eligible for Adult Family Care.
UVS is seeking a full-time Registered Nurse to join their Randolph and Bradford team.
Responsibilities:
- Assessment
- Evaluation
- Training
- Coordination of Care
Qualifications:
- Valid State Licensed Registered Nurse.
- Minimum of one year of nursing experience, preferably in home health care or with DD or AFC services
- CPR/BLS required within 30 days of hire.
- Proficiency with computers, experience entering data into electronic medical records (EMR) program.
- Ability to work with others in a positive, responsible manner.
- Strong writing and organizational skills to receive and convey information in efficient and effective manner.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Flexibility, dependability, and ability to work independently.
- Commitment to community inclusion and individual choice.
- Flexible scheduling, with some occasional work from home, some travel required.
- Must have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation with personal automobile liability insurance coverage at or above the levels mandated by the State of Vermont
