Receptionist for Lakeside Primary Care Office

Are you a friendly and organized individual with a passion for providing exceptional patient care? Our Lakeside Primary Care office is seeking a dedicated receptionist to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, ensuring a welcoming and efficient experience. Responsibilities:

·         Focus on customer service and continually strive to perform the duties of their job in a manner that will result in optimal patient satisfaction

·         Exhibit proven ability to facilitate change

·         Receive and greet visitors and interacts with courier daily

·         Identify, develop and participate in process improvement opportunities within the home health agency that will enhance the quality of service we provide

·         Attend compliance training and adhere to the organization's standards of conduct, policies, and procedures.

·         Process outgoing mail and separate mail to appropriate locations

·         Answer, screen and direct calls to appropriate staff or takes message

·         Type and proof correspondence, minutes and reports as directed

·         Relay information from patients, hospitals, physicians, families, and visitors by phone or voicemail.

·         Perform duties and job responsibilities in a fashion which coincides with the service management philosophy of UPMC towards patients, visitors, staff, peers, physicians and other departments within the organization.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30 am - 4:30 pm three days/week; one day 7:30 am-5:30 pm (to be determined); Friday 7:30 am-3 pm.
