- Copy of Transcript (48 Semester College Units, Associate Degree or higher or NCLB Paraprofessional Certificate)
- CPR/First Aid Certification (Must have valid CPR & First Aid Certificate)
- Letter of Introduction
- Letter(s) of Recommendation (Must Submit Two (2) Letters Dated within the last Twelve (12) months.)
- Proof of HS Graduation (or equivalent )
- Resume
