Overview
In-home licensed Child Care in Temecula is looking to add a Child Care Assistant, where your enthusiasm and dedication will help nurture the growth and development of young children. In this role, you will support the licensee in creating a safe, engaging, and stimulating environment for children from infancy through school age. Your positive energy and caring nature will make a meaningful difference in the lives of children, learning through play, exploration, and structured activities. This position is a part time position
Duties
- Assist with supervising children during daily activities, including playtime, meals, naps, and educational sessions
- Engage children in educational activities that promote social skills, behavior management, and cognitive growth
- Ensure al licensing protocols are followed at all times
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and inviting classroom environment conducive to learning and exploration
- Provide attentive care to infants, toddlers, and preschoolers, including feeding, diapering, and comforting as needed
Experience
- Prior experience working with children in daycare, preschool, or similar settings is highly valued
- Certification in first aid and CPR
- Background Check
- Familiarity with toddler care, infant care, and preschool activities enhances your effectiveness as a Child Care Assistant
