Concussion in Sports, Sudden Cardiac Arrest, and Heat Illness Prevention Certificates must be renewed every (2) two years. All these courses are free and available at https://nfhslearn.com/

Certificate Copy (Fundamentals of Coaching Education, Concussion, Sudden Cardiac Arrest, Heat Illness Prevention, Bullying, Hazing and Inappropriate Behaviors)
CPR/First Aid Certification (Must have valid CPR & First Aid Certificate)
Letter of Introduction
Letter(s) of Recommendation (Must Submit Two (2) Letters Dated within the last Twelve (12) months.)
Proof of HS Graduation (or Equivalent)
Resume
