Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate records, databases, and filing systems (digital and physical).
- Process and track invoices, receipts, and expenses as needed.
- Support HR and finance functions with data entry, documentation, and reporting.
- Assist with onboarding, training schedules, and workspace setup for new employees.
- Manage daily office operations, including scheduling, filing, and correspondence.
- All other duties as assigned.
- Proven experience as an Office Administrator, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint); familiarity with office management software is a plus.
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Experience in basic accounting (preferred).
