Job Description:
We are seeking a qualified and compassionate Primary Therapist to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality care and therapeutic services to clients in our treatment program. The primary focus will be on mental health and substance abuse treatment, ensuring a holistic and client-centered approach.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health and substance use disorders.
Develop, implement, and review individualized treatment plans.
Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide integrated care.
Maintain accurate and confidential client records.
Participate in team meetings and contribute to treatment planning.
Stay informed of the latest research and advancements in mental health and substance abuse treatment.
Engage in professional development opportunities.
Qualifications:
Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field.
Must be credentialed
Experience working in mental health and substance abuse treatment settings.
