Primary Therapist

We are looking for a Primary Therapist who will work closely with clients to determine their rehabilitation needs and to provide individualized treatment by providing structured as well as holistic healing. Supports clients with foundational well-being that develops the skills needed to overcome, heal & grow to sustain long-term sobriety. 

The Therapist is responsible for performing a wide variety of patient care activities as directed by the Clinical Director. They will be responsible for patient caseload and will provide group, individual, and family therapy. The Therapist will conduct psychosocial and biopsychosocial assessments. The Primary Therapist has primary responsibility for maintaining communication with the family, referral source and other service providers as needed.

What will your day look like? You will:

• Group Facilitation

• Individual Counseling

• Crisis Intervention

• Documentation/Scheduling

• Treatment Planning

• Other duties as determined by Clinical Director

What you will need for this position:

• Active LMSW, LCSW, LPC, LPC-MHSP if pending licensure, we still encourage you to apply!

• Must be working toward LCSW, LPC, or LPC-MHSP

• Master’s Degree in social work, psychology or related human services field.

• A minimum of 1 year of behavioral and/or mental health counseling experience is required.

• Proficient Google Suite or Microsoft Office software preferred.
