Logistics Coordinator

Reports to: Logistics Manager or Logistics Supervisor
About the Role
The Logistics Coordinator supports day to day logistics operations for experiential marketing programs across multiple markets. The role ensures assets, materials, inventory, and field resources are tracked, organized, and deployed accurately and efficiently.
This position works closely with logistics leadership, warehouse partners, field teams, and vendors to maintain smooth operations. Responsibilities include shipment coordination, inventory maintenance, routing, material preparation, and resolving real time logistics challenges. The ideal candidate is detail oriented, organized, and comfortable working in a fast paced environment.
Primary Responsibilities
Logistics Execution
- Support packing, routing, and shipping of event materials and assets.
- Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, pickups, and deliveries.
- Ensure proper tracking, documentation, and system updates.
- Assist in maintaining operational consistency across markets.
Inventory Management
- Maintain accurate counts of equipment, assets, and supplies.
- Conduct periodic inventory checks and reconcile discrepancies.
- Update inventory systems and alert leadership of low stock or replacement needs.
Warehouse and Vendor Coordination
- Communicate with warehouse partners regarding storage, pulls, prep, and returns.
- Verify that warehouse activities follow correct process and timing.
- Help resolve issues related to shortages, damages, or delays.
Field and Program Support
- Prepare event kits, product, uniforms, and compliance materials.
- Assist with routing, scheduling, and program readiness.
- Troubleshoot field escalations and provide timely operational solutions.
Operational Administration
- Maintain logs, trackers, spreadsheets, and reporting documents.
- Support budget tracking and invoice submission.
- Assist with post program reconciliations and wrap up reporting.
Physical and On Site Requirements
- Ability to lift, push, pull, or carry 40 to 50 pounds.
- Frequent standing, bending, and organizing materials.
- Occasional travel for warehouse visits, launches, or field support.
- Valid driver’s license preferred.
Desired Skills and Experience
- Two or more years of experience in logistics, operations, warehouse coordination, event production, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines.
- Proficiency with spreadsheets, inventory systems, and digital tools.
- Strong communication skills with vendors, field teams, and leadership.
- Hands on working style with flexibility to support shifting operational needs.
Salary : $55,000 - $65,000
