This is a full-time, on-site position in Laramie, WY for the role of Assistant Director, Athletic Ticket Operations. The role involves managing and supporting daily ticket sales, overseeing ticket operations for athletic events, coordinating event ticketing logistics, and ensuring an exceptional customer service experience for all patrons. The individual will be responsible for utilizing and maintaining the ticketing system, Paciolan, and working collaboratively with various departments to support operational efficiency. This position will play a key role in ensuring a seamless ticketing experience for fans, donors, and stakeholders.
- Expertise in Ticket Sales and Event Ticketing for athletic or large-scale events
- Experience in Ticket Operations and proficiency in using ticketing platforms, particularly Paciolan
- Strong Customer Service skills to ensure satisfaction and handle inquiries or concerns effectively
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities in managing event logistics
- Familiarity with sports event management and experience working in a collegiate athletics environment is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
