JOB TITLE:
Housing Summer Conference/Contracts Office Aide
JOB PURPOSE:
Greet customers/students at the front desk and assist the contracts department by answering the phone, responding to emails, filing, and other basic office duties. Assist with any special projects as needed.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist Summer Conference Coordinator with group planning and preparation, including creation of access cards for guests, roster preparation, group check-in/check-out procedures.
Serve as the first point of contact for conference guests and summer residents with housing or dining questions.
Answer the main office line.
Assist students with door and meal plan accessibility.
Filing as needed.
Other duties assigned.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: High School Diploma or GED
Excellent verbal and written communication
Availability to work between 10-20 hours per week from May 18, 2026 through September 4, 2026. Some weekend hours may be required.
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Knowledge of Microsoft Office: Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams
Customer Service Experience
Ability to work independently (at times)
