The CTD Capstone Development Assistant will work with the Faculty Director of Undergraduate Programs to develop and organize resources to support new curricular material for the two-course undergraduate Capstone sequence in CTD. This includes the development of a new external mentorship model to support the diverse technical needs of Capstone students.

What We Require
- Past Experience with the Capstone sequence courses preferred.
- Excellent communication and administrative organization skills.
- Ability to support / speak to cross-disciplinary needs of a broad range of formats and subject matter that CTD Capstone Projects might cover.
- Knowledge of the structure and expectations of capstone courses.
- Professional communication (written, verbal, interpersonal).
- Organizational effectiveness and time management.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
