UBMD Internal Medicine, in the Department of Medicine, is seeking applicants for a full-time Human Resources Coordinator.
The Human Resources Coordinator (HRC) will be responsible for providing support to the Human Resources Department with overall human resources activities including onboarding, benefits, separations, job descriptions and special projects. They will assist other Human Resources team members as needed.

The Human Resources Coordinator (HRC) will be responsible for providing support to the Human Resources Department with overall human resources activities including onboarding, benefits, separations, job descriptions and special projects. They will assist other Human Resources team members as needed.
They Are Responsible For
- Assisting with onboarding of all new hires to include conducting reference checks, scheduling background/drug screens, fulfillment of new hire packets, obtaining parking privileges and badges, office space, payroll input, etc.
- Updating specific systems/checklists for all new hires including staff directory, scanning/filing personnel files, etc.
- Coordinating and tracking all staff trainings including new staff training requirements, as well as annual trainings (i.e. sexual harassment).
- Updating job descriptions, physician vacation/sick time tracking, employee performance process, monthly exclusionary reporting and employee surveys.
- Assisting with special projects as assigned by the Director of HR or other administrator/HR representative.
