About the Role
We’re seeking an experienced ER RN who thrives in fast-paced environments and can keep calm under pressure (and maybe even crack a smile during a code). This role in Devils Lake, North Dakota offers you a chance to care for patients with a wide range of emergencies—while exploring a city known for its scenic beauty and outdoor adventures.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Deliver compassionate and efficient emergency nursing care to patients in critical and acute conditions.
- Triage, assess, and stabilize patients with diverse medical needs.
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Maintain accurate documentation and uphold the highest safety standards.
- Stay cool, calm, and collected—even when things get a little chaotic (you know the drill).
Qualifications
- Active RN License in the state of North Dakota (or compact license).
- Minimum 2 years of recent ER nursing experience.
- Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications (AHA required).
- Strong critical thinking and rapid response skills.
Education
- Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing (ASN or BSN).
Knowledge and Skills
- Expertise in emergency room protocols and patient triage.
- Ability to multitask and remain calm in high-pressure situations.
- Proficiency with electronic medical record systems.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
