We are seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) to join our laboratory team in Chula Vista, CA. The ideal candidate will perform a variety of laboratory tests to assist in the diagnosis and treatment of patients, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with quality standards.

Responsibilities
- Perform routine and complex laboratory testing in hematology, chemistry, urinalysis, and microbiology
- Prepare and analyze specimens following established procedures and safety standards
- Operate, maintain, and calibrate laboratory instruments and equipment
- Verify, record, and report test results accurately within established turnaround times
- Identify and troubleshoot testing or instrument issues as needed
- Ensure compliance with laboratory policies, procedures, and regulatory standards
- Collaborate with other lab personnel and healthcare professionals to ensure quality patient care
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Clinical Laboratory Science or related field required
- Current California MLT License
- Minimum 1 year of recent clinical laboratory experience
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Familiarity with laboratory information systems and quality control standards
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
