Job Details:
Job Title: RN MS/ Tele (Auto Offer)
Location: Silverdale, WA, 98383
Position Type: 13 Weeks Contract
Shift: Nights 7p-7a
Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week
Pay: For Local- $55- $62 Hourly
For Travel- $2300- $2450
Job Requirement:
- Minimum 2 years of experience
- WA state RN License or Compact RN License
- Cert Required- BLS, ACLS
Job Responsibilities:
- Monitor and assess patients’ vital signs, cardiac rhythms, and overall health status.
- Administer prescribed medications and intravenous (IV) therapies safely and accurately.
- Interpret telemetry readings and promptly respond to cardiac changes or alarms.
- Perform head-to-toe assessments and document findings in the electronic health record.
- Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans.
