Universal HCR is looking for a Dental Patient Service Representative who knows how to make every patient feel like a VIP (Very Important Patient). If you’re fluent in both English and Spanish, love the sound of dental drills (in moderation, of course), and can multitask like a pro, this gig’s for you!
You’ll be the welcoming face and friendly voice of the dental office — helping patients schedule appointments, handle check-ins and check-outs, and keep the front office running smoother than freshly polished teeth.
What You’ll Be Doing
Greet and assist patients with a smile — in both English and Spanish!
Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments with efficiency and care
Verify insurance, collect co-pays, and handle billing inquiries
Maintain accurate patient records using NextGen, Dentrix, EPIC, and good ol’ Microsoft Office
Collaborate with dental staff to ensure top-notch patient experiences
Keep calm, stay organized, and make every patient interaction a positive one
What We’re Looking For
Bilingual (English/Spanish) — must be fluent in both!
Prior experience with dental terminology (you know your molars from your bicuspids)
Hands-on experience with NextGen, Dentrix, and EPIC systems
Comfortable navigating Windows Office applications
Strong communication and multitasking skills
A customer-service superstar with a heart for healthcare
