Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) for a 13-week contract opportunity in Campo, CA. This position offers a consistent weekday day-shift schedule with no weekends, providing excellent work-life balance. The RN will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, coordinating with the healthcare team, and ensuring patient safety and comfort.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess patient health conditions and develop individualized nursing care plans
- Administer medications, treatments, and IV therapy as prescribed
- Monitor and document patient progress and report changes to physicians
- Provide patient education and support to patients and families
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members to ensure optimal care
- Maintain accurate and timely medical records
- Follow infection control policies and safety standards
Requirements:
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of California
- Minimum 1 year of recent clinical experience required
- BLS certification required
- Strong communication and clinical assessment skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team
