PM COOK SUPERVISOR - Full-Time, 10-days per pay, Monday through Friday, 11AM - 7:00PM, rotation every other weekend/holiday
Summary: Responsible for assisting with the oversight of all aspects of meal service including training and supervising the culinary team, assuring sanitary standards are met, preparing menus, and ordering food and supplies in accordance with state and federal regulatory and professional standard.
Qualifications
Position Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Language Proficiency: Must be proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English.
- Experience: minimum one year in supervisory role desired.
- familiarity with therapeutic diets, knowledge of food preparation, kitchen safety/sanitation and customer service. Understand and assist in delivering special diets ordered by the physician.
