Position Summary: Meets the nutritional and therapeutic needs of all geriatric residents; to serve palatable meals to residents; to know the principles and procedures involved in the selection; preservation and serving of food; to meet the regulations pertaining to food production, distribution, and infection control.

Qualifications:- Must be at least 16 years of age with documented high school work papers.
- Language Proficiency: Must be proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English.
