Overview
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Electrical Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you will oversee electrical projects from inception to completion, ensuring that all work is completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with industry standards. Duties
- Lead and manage electrical projects, ensuring adherence to project schedules and budgets.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and clients to facilitate smooth project execution.
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines and resource allocation.
- Conduct construction estimating to determine project costs and material requirements.
- Ensure compliance with the National Electrical Code (NEC) and other relevant regulations.
- Utilize Bluebeam for project documentation and collaboration among team members.
- Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions as needed to address any issues.
- Maintain effective communication with all stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage contract negotiations and ensure all contractual obligations are met.
Experience
- Proven experience in electrical project management or a similar role within the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, NEC regulations, and construction estimating practices.
- Proficiency in project scheduling tools and software; experience with Bluebeam is preferred.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with diverse teams and stakeholders.
