About the Role:
We’re seeking reliable and hardworking Concrete Laborers to join our team. This position involves working on various construction projects, including foundations, flatwork, walls, and other concrete structures. Travel is a part of the job—when working out of town, a daily per diem will be provided.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with the setup and preparation of concrete forms
- Mix, pour, and spread concrete
- Use hand and power tools to finish surfaces
- Follow instructions from foremen and project supervisors
- Maintain a clean and safe job site
- Travel to job sites as needed (company covers lodging per diem)
Requirements:
- Prior concrete or general construction experience preferred
- Willingness to travel for projects Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical tasks outdoors
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license Strong work ethic and team attitude
