Hiring: Maintenance Technician
We are seeking a reliable and skilled Maintenance Technician to support equipment reliability and facility operations in a fast-paced environment. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on production equipment and facility systems
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues to minimize downtime
- Conduct routine inspections and ensure equipment is operating efficiently
- Read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and logs in CMMS systems
- Support installation, validation, and commissioning of new equipment
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and quality standards (GMP/FDA if applicable)
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve equipment performance
Qualifications:
- Associate degree or technical certification (or equivalent experience)
- 2–5 years of maintenance experience in manufacturing, pharmaceutical, or industrial environments
- Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems
- Experience with PLCs or automation systems is a plus
- Familiarity with GMP/FDA regulations preferred
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
