We are seeking a Tulip Delivery Lead to drive the delivery and adoption of Tulip applications across a manufacturing site. This role requires a blend of hands-on development, stakeholder management, and delivery leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of Tulip applications (requirements → go-live)
- Manage backlog, prioritize use cases, and drive execution
- Build and configure Tulip apps as needed
- Act as liaison between site teams and Global Tulip organization
- Drive adoption through training, communication, and support
- Gather requirements and translate into scalable app solutions
- Develop documentation, SOPs, and handoff materials
Qualifications:
- Strong hands-on experience with Tulip platform
- Proven experience leading delivery and managing stakeholders
- Background in manufacturing environments (GxP, shop floor, eBRs) preferred
- Excellent communication, training, and documentation skills
- Ability to work independently in a matrixed environment
