Job Type:Full-Time– Emergency on Call
Pay Rate:$21-$24/hr- Depending on Experience

- Complete Work Orders:Use our technology to handle maintenance tasks quickly and accurately.
- Manage Unit Turns:Prepare units for new residents as directed by the community leader.
- Handle Emergencies:Respond to emergency maintenance calls, including on-call shifts when needed.
- Maintain High Standards:Keep our communities in top shape and document your work properly.
- Stay Certified:Maintain any required certifications for the role.
- Experience:At least 1 yearofmaintenance work with some plumbing and/or electrical knowledge.
- Dependability:Avalid driver’s license,reliabletransportation,anda greatwork ethic.
- Resident-Focused:A commitment to providing excellentcustomerservice, clear communication, and quality repairs.
- Efficiency andProblem-Solving:The ability to manage multiple tasks and solve issues as they arise.
- Clear Communication:Effectivewritten and verbal communication skills.
