- Construct wood and composite decks (framing, decking, railings, stairs)
- Interpret blueprints, layout plans, and project specs
- Ensure high-quality craftsmanship and jobsite cleanliness
- Collaborate with crew members and project managers
- Follow all safety regulations and building codes
- Use tools and equipment efficiently and safely
- Minimum 2 years of deck building or residential carpentry experience
- Proficient in using hand and power tools
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Must pass a background check and drug screening
- Experience with Trex, TimberTech, or similar composite decking a plus
