- Serve as the primary point of contact for solar customers throughout the installation process
- Schedule assessments, installation dates, and follow-up appointments
- Provide timely updates and support via phone, email, and text
- Resolve customer concerns and escalate issues when necessary
- Maintain accurate records in our CRM system
- Collaborate with the sales, operations, and installation teams to ensure a smooth customer journey
- 1 year of customer service or administrative experience (solar/home improvement a plus)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Tech-savvy โ CRM or project management software experience is a plus
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required
