United Better Homes is expanding and looking for a Licensed HVAC Technician to join our growing team! We specialize in residential energy-efficient upgrades including HVAC, solar, windows, siding, and roofing across MA and RI With a reputation built on trust and fast, quality installs, we’re looking for a technician who takes pride in their work and values a career in a company that treats you like family.

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems (ducted & ductless mini-splits, gas furnaces, AC units, etc.)
• Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC systems
• Ensure compliance with all local and state building codes and safety laws
• Perform routine maintenance with a focus on energy efficiency
• Collaborate with project managers and other trades for seamless installs
• Maintain a clean, professional work environment and provide great customer service
  
  

📋 Requirements:

• Valid HVAC License in MA and/or RI
• EPA Universal Certification
• 3 years of residential HVAC experience preferred
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems and components
• Ability to read blueprints and technical diagrams
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug test
