Agro-Industrial Sales Manager
Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated person to join our Sales Department , where you will be responsible for building, maintaining, and strengthening relationships with both existing and potential customers within your assigned territory. You will visit customer sites to understand their needs, gather technical information, and collaborate with technical teams to provide customized solutions. You will prepare and present economic proposals and manage projects from initial contact through to successful installation and start-up. Providing excellent customer support and follow-up throughout the project lifecycle will be a key part of your responsibilities. This role requires overseeing each project stage to ensure successful implementation and customer satisfaction.
Job Requirements:
- Experience in the fruit and vegetable sector and/or in industrial machinery.
- Technical background, such as mechanical engineering or agronomy.
- Willingness to travel and flexibility in schedule.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Clarity and transparency in work and communication.
- Excellent listening and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, reliability, and precision.
