About the Role
The Solutions Engineer plays a critical role in designing and delivering full-system solutions that directly impact our customers’ performance, efficiency, and product quality.
You will work closely with Sales, customers, and key equipment partners to develop integrated, turnkey systems—from early concept through implementation.
The ideal candidate is self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with real-world constraints and deadlines.
What You’ll Do
• Design and integrate plant layouts and mechanical systems for new and existing facilities
• Collaborate with customers, sales, and internal teams to develop practical, high-performing solutions
• Work with global and domestic equipment partners to deliver complete, turnkey systems
• Interpret, revise, and optimize layouts for flow, capacity, and operational efficiency
• Conduct site surveys and support real-world project execution (travel required)
• Contribute to internal standards, processes, and continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements
• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, ME Technology, Drafting, or equivalent experience
• Strong AutoCAD experience, including plant layouts and layer management
• Experience working in production or industrial environments
• Exceptional mechanical aptitude and analytical skills
• Strong communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation)
• Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment
• High work ethic, strong time management, and process-driven mindset
Preferred
• Project management experience
• SolidWorks experience
• Site survey or field experience

• Yakima, WA or Wenatchee, WA

Pay: $30.00 – $40.00 per hour (depending on experience)
