Posted Position:

The Solutions Engineer plays a critical role in the success of our business. This position partners closely with the Sales team to design, engineer, and integrate produce conveyance solutions tailored to the needs of our markets. The role involves close collaboration with key supply partners to develop comprehensive, turn‑key system layouts that deliver measurable value to our customers.

The ideal candidate is self‑motivated, deadline‑driven, and detail‑oriented, with the ability to work within defined parameters while consistently meeting or exceeding customer requirements. Strong organizational skills and a commitment to precision are essential for success in this role.

The Pay: $30.00-$40.00 per hour (Negotiable)

Summary:

• Interpret, revise and modify plant and equipment layouts, integrating new equipment into both new and existing customers’ facilities
• Work with the sales team and customers to develop integrated mechanical systems to fit the needs of the customer.
• Collaborate with a select group of international and domestic equipment providers to incorporate their equipment effectively into an integrated mechanical system.
• Assist in developing improved internal processes and standards.
• Travel required to conduct site surveys and customer visits. Site survey experience a plus

Requirements for this position:

• Mechanical Engineering, ME Technology, Drafting or equivalent degree
• Strong knowledge of AutoCAD experience including plant layouts and layer views
• Familiar with working in a production facility and integrating new equipment into a working environment
• Exceptional mechanical aptitude and strong analytical skills
• Well-developed communication skills including verbal, written, listening and presentation skills
• Outstanding interpersonal skills including the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment
• Strong desire to learn and contribute to the growth of the company
• Refined time management skills, high work ethic
• Process driven individual

Preferred skills:

• Project management experience a plus
• Hands on SolidWorks experience a plus
