Key Responsibilities
- Process payroll and ensure accurate employee hours and leave records
- Maintain and update employee records in the HR system
- Support HR policies and procedures
- Assist with HR administrative tasks as needed
- Bachelor’s degree in administration, Human Resources, or related field preferred
- Previous HR or administrative experience is a plus
- Basic knowledge of payroll processing and time/attendance tracking systems
- Ability to accurately handle employee hours, leaves, and payroll-related data
- Proficiency with computers and MS Office applications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong attention to detail, reliability, and ability to handle confidential information
