Position Summary
The Account Executive is responsible for developing and managing a client portfolio, driving sales growth, and delivering exceptional customer service. In this position, you will work to build and maintain relationships with clients, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions. This role requires strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
We’re seeking candidates based on the U.S. West Coast who are able to travel as required for the role.
Primary Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, generate leads, and close sales. Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas.
- Develop and manage multiple key customer accounts; develop positive working relationships with all customers
- Drive customer retention, renewals, upsells, and customer satisfaction
- Develop and implement strategic plans to manage and grow customer accounts
- Conduct regular product demonstrations for new sales opportunities and existing customer upsells.
- Work closely with Operations to determine root causes for customer success or failure and drive requirements for product or process enhancement and development as required
- Partner with internal cross-functional teams to understand and meet customer goals and key performance metrics
- Prepare and present customer reports and presentations
- Prepare and present internal customer status and performance reports and presentations
- Manage customer activity with CRM tools for maximum efficiency and visibility
- Provide training on product solutions and processes to customers and internal team members
- Develop and maintain excellent knowledge and understanding of our business, offerings, competitors, and industry
- Focus on ensuring we maintain superior customer service levels, operational excellence, and strategic insight

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field or work experience equivalent.
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or account management (at least five years).
- Ability and willingness to travel up to 25%
Work Environment
- This position will require travel to meet with clients or attend industry events.
- This position may require availability during evenings or weekends depending on client needs.
