What are the responsibilities and job description for the Social Media Analyst position at Unify Recruit?
We’re looking for a communications professional with 2 years of experience in corporate communications, PR, marketing, or journalism who can help strengthen brand visibility and communications strategy.
The role offers a broad mix of responsibilities, including:
• Developing and executing social media content and monthly content calendars
• Creating communications that strengthen brand awareness and visibility
• Writing articles, newsletters, press releases, brochures, and other internal/external communications
• Designing print and digital materials for customers and stakeholders
• Creating graphics and website content using platforms such as SharePoint
• Supporting video and multimedia projects, including scripting, production, and editing
• Monitoring industry trends, competitive activity, and social media performance
• Supporting broader public relations initiatives and communications projects
The ideal candidate will have strong written and verbal communication skills, excellent organization, creativity, and the ability to manage multiple projects independently and collaboratively. Experience with graphic design tools such as Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator and video production/editing tools is highly valued. Insurance industry experience is a plus.
A bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field is preferred.
Salary : $65,000 - $85,000
