This role focuses on conducting thorough background investigations blending traditional research methods with advanced social media analysis, primarily addressing insurance and criminal justice cases. Candidates should be proficient in all major social media platforms and comfortable working in a quiet office environment.
Responsibilities
- Conduct background investigations using databases, public records, claim files, and courthouse records
- Perform social media investigations and online research to accurately identify subjects and gather intel
- Compile clear, detailed, professional and captivating investigative reports
- Utilize Microsoft Office Suite, specialized investigation software, and premium databases to track and document findings
- Manage multiple assignments while meeting strict deadlines
- Collaborate effectively within the office team, but also comfortable working independently
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in any field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and specialized investigative tools
- Experience using all major social media platforms
- Strong report writing, data analysis, and communication skills
- Excellent time management, organizational, and critical thinking abilities
- Skilled in web-based research and managing multiple priorities efficiently
