Social Media Assistant

The Social Media Assistant will mainly support mass messaging on LinkedIn. Occasional content posting, and simple design tasks.

This role requires accuracy, a high level of maturity and attention to detail.

Main role will be to send out bulk quantities of individual pre-written messages to a large group of LinkedIn connections.

It is very simple work, but you need to pay attention to what you are doing. Job is great if you want to fit in making some extra income into your life. Generally speaking it can be done at any time, as long as all work is done within the week it is assigned.

The assistant will occasionally create LinkedIn posts and PowerPoint slides, utilizing design tools such as Canva. This, however, is not the main part of the job.

This position works as an individual contributor and offers the freedom to choose your own preferred software tools. Infrequent travel may be necessary for one on one meetings (1 to 3 times a year).

Responsibilities

• Send large quantities of prepared LinkedIn messages to a specific list of connections
• Create simple LinkedIn posts on an occasional basis
• Design simple PowerPoint slides and social media visuals using Canva or similar tools
• Ensure attention to detail to maintain quality and consistency
• Coordinate flexible work hours based on workload needs

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications

• 1 years experience in social media management
• Knowledge of LinkedIn platform
• Experience with Canva and Microsoft PowerPoint
• Attention to detail
