Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Temporary Administrative Assistant to provide short-term support to our team. This role is ideal for someone who can quickly adapt, manage multiple tasks, and help maintain efficient daily operations. The Temporary Administrative Assistant will perform a variety of administrative and clerical duties to ensure smooth workflow across the department.

Compensation and Schedule:
Hourly rate: $20-$22
Schedule: Monday-Friday

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide general administrative support, including answering phones, responding to emails, and managing correspondence.
* Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and conference room bookings.
* Assist with document creation, editing, formatting, and filing (digital and physical).
* Prepare reports, spreadsheets, presentations, and other materials as needed.
* Support data entry, record-keeping, and database maintenance.
* Help organize and maintain office supplies and inventory.
* Assist with onboarding support for temporary staff or contractors.
* Coordinate small projects, tracking deadlines and deliverables.
* Handle confidential information with discretion.
* Perform other duties as assigned to support team operations.

Qualifications:
* Proven experience in an administrative, office assistant, or clerical role.
* Strong organizational and time-management skills.
* Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and general office technology.
* Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
* High level of professionalism, reliability, and discretion.
* Adaptability to learn processes and systems quickly.

Preferred Skills (Optional):
* Experience with SharePoint, Teams, or other collaboration tools.
* Experience supporting business operations, HR, finance, or project-based workflows.
* Familiarity with CRM or internal business systems (specify if known).

Work Environment:
* Standard office setting with regular use of computers and office equipment.
* Occasional need to lift file boxes or supplies (up to 20 lbs).
