About the Role:
Title: HR Administrator
Location: Rancho Cordova, CA
Skills & Qualifications Required
Position Requirements:
- Expertise in time and labor management, including accurate tracking, compliance, and workforce optimization.
- Proven experience handling leave of absence processes with a strong understanding of policies, regulations, and employee support.
- A Professional in Human Resources (PHR) or SHRM certification is highly valued and demonstrates a strong commitment to HR excellence.
Salary Range:The salary for this position is between $41,000 - $47,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
