Process Technician - 2nd Shift
Location: Bristol, NH
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM
Pay Range: $30-$40 per hour (based on experience)

About the Role
We're partnering with a well-established manufacturing organization in Bristol, NH that's looking for an experienced Process Technician to join their 2nd shift team on a direct hire basis. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on problem solving, process improvement, and working collaboratively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
You'll play a key role in maintaining and improving molding processes, supporting quality and efficiency initiatives, and helping train and mentor production team members. If you take pride in reducing scrap, improving processes, and contributing to a strong manufacturing culture, this could be a great fit.
What You'll Be Doing
- Maintain and improve existing molding processes to support consistent, high-quality production
- Develop and update standard work instructions, manufacturing procedures, and cell layouts
- Support Lean Manufacturing initiatives, including one-piece flow and scrap reduction
- Troubleshoot molding and manufacturing issues and implement corrective actions
- Assist with new production launches and process development
- Perform molding trials on new and existing tooling
- Train and support molding associates on processes and best practices
- Monitor quality standards by part number and ensure proper product disposition
- Track non-conforming rates and identify improvement opportunities
- Lead or support projects focused on quality, productivity, and cost improvements
- Communicate effectively with team members across all shifts
- Provide regular updates to leadership on production issues and scrap levels
- Ensure all work aligns with established quality standards and procedures

You'll collaborate closely with production leadership, engineering, maintenance, quality, and manufacturing teams to ensure smooth operations and continuous improvement.
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to meet the physical requirements of a manufacturing environment
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and excellent attendance
- Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision
- Basic computer skills for documentation and system use
- Prior experience in molding or manufacturing process support is highly preferred
