Required Experience:

• 8-10 years of mechanical design engineering experience in industries such as:
  • Power electronics
  • Energy / Battery Charging
  • Electronics
  • Electric Vehicles (EV)
• 2-3 years of direct management experience (you will lead a team of 5 senior engineers).
• Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering with 10-12 years of experience, or Master's with 8-10 years.
• Demonstrated ability to lead engineering efforts while remaining hands‑on when needed.
• Expertise in electronic packaging, including 3D modeling of assemblies and cable harnesses.
• Experience in thermal and dynamic simulation tools.
• Proficiency with SolidWorks, Pro-E/Creo, and AutoCAD.
• Strong project management and analytical skills.
