This is a full-time hybrid role based in Orange, CA, offering a mix of on-site work and remote flexibility. The Mechanical Design Engineer will be responsible for designing and developing mechanical systems, creating detailed engineering drawings, performing technical analyses, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions. Responsibilities also include using CAD tools to produce accurate models, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and optimizing products for performance and manufacturability.
- Proficiency in Design Engineering, including the ability to create functional and innovative mechanical solutions
- In-depth expertise in Machine Design and Product Design to develop efficient and reliable mechanical systems
- Strong foundation in Mechanical Engineering principles and practices
- Hands-on experience with Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software to develop detailed technical drawings and 3D models
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Effective communication abilities for collaboration with multidisciplinary project teams
