Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Duration: 6 months (potential extension)

Join a fast-paced Marketing & Communications team as a Marketing Operations Coordinator. This contract role focuses on event logistics, inventory management, content support, and project coordination to keep marketing operations running smoothly. You'll work closely with specialists in events, branding, and content strategy, supporting major initiatives like customer conferences, campaign execution, and internal communications.
Event Planning & Logistics
- Coordinate corporate events, trade shows, and customer conferences
- Manage vendor contracts, guest lists, RSVP tracking, and event app administration
- Research transportation, venues, and promotional vendors
- Track event budgets, invoices, and spend reporting
Inventory & Asset Management
- Oversee GearUp orders (business cards, literature, branded items)
- Maintain and stock promotional materials for GearCor
- Organize and tag digital assets in MediaBynder
Content & Communication Support
- Draft and schedule internal emails in HubSpot
- Assist with internal newsletters, intranet updates, and social media campaigns
- Support public relations and advertising initiatives
Administrative & Project Coordination
- Attend meetings, take notes, and follow up on action items
- Build presentations, templates, and assist with shipping and logistics
Experience:
- 3-5 years in marketing operations, project coordination, or event planning
- HubSpot experience(preferred)
- Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, SharePoint)
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and assisting with event setup
- Work on high-impact marketing projects supporting a major brand rebrand and data center initiatives
- Collaborate with a dynamic marketing team and cross-functional departments
- Gain hands-on experience in event management, digital marketing, and campaign execution
