Litigation Paralegal - Seattle, WA
Compensation: $80,000 - $110,000 DOE
A respected civil litigation firm is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join its Seattle team. This is a full-time role for a detail-oriented professional with a strong understanding of the litigation process and experience meeting billable hour requirements. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and collaborative.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of litigation experience
- Insurance defense experience preferred
- Proven ability to meet billable hour targets
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills
- Must maintain strict client confidentiality
- Must be based in the Seattle area
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage complex litigation matters from start to finish
- Conduct fact and witness investigations and background checks
- Draft and respond to discovery requests
- Review and summarize medical records, police reports, and depositions
- Prepare timelines and case chronologies
- Assist with preparation for depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and trial
- Communicate effectively with attorneys, clients, and staff
- Adapt quickly to internal systems and legal technology
