We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead HR operations and strategy. This hands-on role is ideal for an HR leader who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and is motivated by building scalable processes, ensuring compliance, and enhancing the employee experience.
You will partner with leadership to drive workforce strategy, manage HR operations, and provide coaching and guidance across the organization.
Location: Burlington, MA (Onsite, Monday-Friday)
Salary: $120,000 - $160,000 (annualized)
Employment Type: Contract-to-Hire
Responsibilities
- Lead recruitment strategies, including reviewing offer documentation
- Oversee onboarding and HR records
- Serve as primary contact for employee relations issues, providing guidance and resolution
- Manage employee training, development, and succession planning
- Ensure compliance with federal and state labor laws, government reporting, and company policies
- Oversee performance evaluations, HR analytics, and workforce reporting
- Prepare reports for management and government requirements
- Provide coaching and guidance to employees and leadership to support engagement and performance
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 10 years HR experience, including 4 years in management
- SHRM-CP certification (required)
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and compliance reporting (EEO-1, ACA, Affirmative Action Plans)
- Experience with SharePoint and Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication, organization, and conflict-resolution skills
- Secret clearance or ability to obtain
- Highly motivated, proactive, and solutions-oriented

- Strong attention to detail with excellent time management skills
