HR Generalist

As an HR Generalist, you'll support core HR functions including recruitment, onboarding/offboarding, benefits administration, performance management, compliance, and employee relations. You'll serve as a trusted advisor to both employees and the leadership team. Our client is located in the Tualatin metro area.

• Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
  • Manage recruitment lifecycle: posting roles, screening candidates, conducting interviews, and extending offers.
  • Lead new hire onboarding: orientations, paperwork, HRIS data entry, and exit interviews.
• Employee Relations & Performance Management
  • Advise employees and managers on HR policies and address concerns.
  • Support performance review processes and follow-up coaching sessions.
• Benefits & Compensation
  • Administer benefits programs (enrollment, qualifying life events, vendor coordination).
  • Support compensation reviews and salary planning.
• HR Compliance & Recordkeeping
  • Maintain employee files and ensure data accuracy in HR systems.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws (FMLA, ADA, EEO).
• Training & Development
  • Coordinate training initiatives and development programs.
  • Help plan and execute employee engagement and wellness activities.
    
    

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2-5 years of progressive HR experience, ideally as a generalist or coordinator.
• Solid understanding of HR best practices, employment law, and compliance.
• Proficiency with HRIS
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• High level of confidentiality and integrity.

$60-70K (DOE) Benefits
